Bowlmor Lanes and Bowlero, Santa Monica

The deal is great! The staff is good. The alley just needs a little service on the lanes because the balls often get stuck a lot.

The staff was very mean and rude. The person at the register had no clue how to redeem the coupons. The manager tried to ignore us servicing other people first because and I quote in their words “We were just using a Groupon”. The place was very dirty. There were dishes piled up in the window, where you typically order food. There were dishes piled up on the bar, and there was not enough staff. The same person that was running the register was also getting balls unstuck, and sometimes helping out in the kitchen.

I love this bowling alley the staff is great my grandkids had a great time it was the best I will definitely be back
