Long wait time, results were barely noticeable, staff took a long time to check on me. There was an extra charge that the doctor didn’t even explain what it was for. I just knew what it was for since I overheard him explain it to another patient. I waited 20 minutes after ringing the bell for help. The staff was polite, but it just ended up being a waste of time and money.

They made me wait 2 hours, made me watch a video to sell me their Correct aligners called me 3 different chairs/rooms just to try to upsell me $600 more of care, delivering bad news like I’m about to lose my teeth. Greedy and dishonest
