Groupon takes 50%, plus the fees so its substantial deduction, figure the amount we can credit is –60% of the list prices. We generally say it is not transferable for any other products since it is not a straight transfer. It just makes this simpler all the way around, but I always want to provide clients with real options. Would you like me to put this together for you? It is sad to see these comments. We truly appreciate you as a client and we continue to work hard for all of our clients. To address your specific comments: al la cart prices before purchasing the groupon We are transparent in all of the info to cleints. We provide info from the initial phone consultation to the end product Also, the groupon doesn't state the the 5 digital downloads are only phone resolution size. We clearly and publicly note the package contents and what exactly is included. Groupon has been provided very specific info on our arranged offer. The Groupon agreement we have with them is very specific. we have discussed this with Groupon and they state "We only have so much room for offer info" It's a little deceiving. i also wouldn't say they are very experienced at boudoir shoots. We photograph hundreds of boudoir photo sessions per year, we work within our clients comfort The shoot took place in their in home studio. This is fully disclosed during the phone consultation. We allow clients with special needs to book a hotel room. We discuss what we use in the session and provide a description of the photo session and props. There was a chaise lounge but not bed or even a make shift one. The posing was only Okay. This is a real fainting couch, not a make shift one. Poses are tailed to clients abilities, requests and communicated style. During the photo shoot, images are shown from the camera and we clearly stated if you do not like what you see, or if you have ideas, please let us know. We are MORE than happy to work together to achieve the same goal, great images. However, I ended up purchasing a photobook which turned out very nice. I would just recommend getting all pricing info before purchasing. Otherwise you will be in for a big surprise. As noted int he timeline of events, all prices are provided upfront allowing the client to make the best choice for their situation.
