Buyer beware! The communication was notably deficient. While I understood the need for additional services beyond the Groupon certificate, the manner in which it was conveyed to me was quite poor. Subsequently, the dentist and their assistant proceeded to criticize both me and my son due to some tartar build-up. Their displeasure regarding the required additional service, for which I had already paid, was repeatedly expressed. Moreover, the staff exhibited complete dismissiveness when I attempted to provide feedback. Needless to say, we will NOT be back.
