I don't understand why this place is empty. The chips and salsa are yummy. I've had the beef enchiladas and they are delicious. The shredded pork is flavorful. The re-fried beans are very yummy. I wish they would put more on my plate. Yum! The guacamole is fresh and tasty. If you go, you should get the flautas---OMG!!!!! My husband got Pollo a la Brasa--he loved the chicken but the molcajete sauce had a bit too much either cumin or chipotle. The service was great. I hope business picks of for them because the food was delicious

Anybody who loves Tex-Mex or southwestern, Mexican food you have to try this place! The food is amazing. It's gourmet food at its best! come to Papagayo!
