I expected what I paid for. Didn't receive a full head of highlights. At close was a partial. And highlights started an inch or two away from my scalp. Didn't realize until I got home and looked carefully because I was rushed out towards the end. I was there on time for my appointment so who knows what that was about. Was I treated differently because of a groupon?

Was not happy with a section of my highlights- there was a section that looked like a big clump of bleach had been sitting on it. I pointed this out to my stylist who immediately dismissed my concern about MY hair, saying that it only looks like that when my hair is pulled back. So i guess I wont be wearing a pony tail until I can get it fixed at a different salon? I'd rather go to supercuts than come here again. I feel bad because my stylist was friendly otherwise- but not very skilled at her craft. Ugh.
