Weber Grill Restaurant is an independent restaurant started and owned by the family that made the Weber charcoal kettle grill, so you could say they know a thing or two about grilling and good BBQ. Their restaurants offer a variety of cuisine from steaks to barbeque, all centered around authentic custom-made Weber charcoal kettles, where the chefs grill various meats, seafood, and vegetables.

• Entrees: The filet mignon is aged for 28 days, seasoned with our custom Weber Steak seasoning and grilled to perfection over a charcoal fire, while the beer can chicken is a classic Weber dish we’ve been perfecting for over 2 decades.
• Classic sandwiches: The open-faced meatloaf sandwich is prepared with all-natural Angus beef, cheese, and a BBQ sauce glaze. The chicken BLT is another favorite and includes double-smoked bacon on a Brioche bun. There is also a variety of great burgers, all grilled over a charcoal fire.
• Salad: For something on the lighter side, guests can still enjoy grilled favorites in salad form, such as the grilled chicken Ceasar and the bacon and bleu cheese salad.
