Went in for a facial, and was told I had a lot of acne and given an acne consultation instead. No facial, and when she saw I was displeased, she offered to do a facial next time she saw me but I was not going to go back. Not when I wasn't given what I thought I had paid for. I did not buy an acne consultation, and I have had other facials since and not one other esthetician seem to think I suffered from acne.

Jenny is very good, but was a no show for my most recent appointment. This is just 3 weeks after prepaying for 4 facials. She’s not answering my calls nor emails. I am out hundreds of dollars.

The room was stark, the esthetician smelled like cigarette smoke, the bedding was old and literally looked like it came from good will. The facial was okay but she did not do my neck or chest ~ didn't even cleanse them. My neck and chest have always been done in facial and as someone who is partially educated in aesthetics ~ this should always be included. Also, she said she made all her own products ~ one of which had so much lavender oil in it that it burned my face. I do not recommend at all. I see pharmaceutical grade nurses for most of my facial care and wanted a sImple facial so did this. I am going to stick with what I know.

I apologize for your negative experience, i just moved into this office and am still decorating...my table is brand new! I have changed the lavender mask that my chemist makes to a soothing licorice cream mask per your negative comment. I am happy to include the neck and decelotte but i would have to increase my prices, i think we can agree that my prices are well below other estheticians and that's one of the ways i am able to offer low prices. I must have been around someone smoking to have smelled like smoke! So sorry!
