I recently joined AF Gainey Ranch & I appreciate the convenience, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness, and yoga classes that they offer. The cardio equipment is top notch & they have a good amount of weight equipment options. The M & F 11:30 vinyasa flow yoga instructor is awesome, lots of experience & provides a great quick moving yoga workout with helpful technique corrections. Great gym!
