Since receiving her first camera at the age of 7, Kristi Bowman has been drawn to glamour photography. She started out by staging fashion shoots for her Barbie dolls. Nowadays, the professional photographer works on making real women feel beautiful at Intimate Photography by Kristi. During boudoir photo shoots, clients of all shapes and sizes tap into their sultry sides using a range of poses, costumes, and Danielle Steele–inspired thought bubbles. Clients can bring their own clothing items from home to create different looks, including halter tops and garter belts that can channel vintage pinup style, and the studio is stocked with lingerie to help clients channel a brand-new kind of sultry. Kristi uses camera angles and Photoshop tools to make each client look her best. The studio team then memorializes the shoot in high-resolution CD images, large prints, and calendars.
