Karen is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional She really knows the science behind skin care. She used the Thulium Fractional Laser on my hands. The aftercare was excellent, a cooling mask and then red light therapy to sooth them. I would say the results were decent. Since this laser is not as aggresive as some I have experienced, I don't believe I got rid of all the pigment. However the post recovery wasn't as brutal either. I believe I would need another treatment to get it all. The facility is really beautiful and top notch!
