Perhaps the only thing better than unwinding with wine is having someone open the bottle and pour it for you—both of which Uncorked is more than happy to help with. First and foremost, however, patrons must choose whether they want a glass of wine or a flight (a flight is three different 3 ounce pours of wine side by side). With a three ounce pour of each wine, customers can compare and contrast tasting notes, as well as discover a new favorite wine while they drink.

Very attentive and friendly service. Was surprised at the so-called cheese platter. Way more than that. Lots of food and tidbits and presented in a lovely way. A good deal.

This was our first visit & Marco was a wonderful host, explaining various menu choices & allowing us a wine taste before we purchased our glasses. We were there between lunch & Happy Hour, so not busy, however, the cozy atmosphere would be conducive to all group sizes. My pulled pork sandwich was tasty & a better value than my husband's club sandwich, which was more bread than fillings. We thought the wines a bit pricey, compared to other nearby wine bars, so likely will return, but only during Happy Hour.
