I know you were trying something new. I did ask how you want your white French to look because I draw it on. I asked several times if you like how it looks and you said yes. Better communication is vital to get you the look you want. It's ok my method is not for everyone. Thanks for trying me out!

My nails chipped, and some broke after 4 days.

Thanks for taking the time to make a review. The session for gel manicure/pedicure is usually 1 hour. However I took my time with you finishing late at 7:30. You're start time was 6pm. I asked repeatedly to check the shape of your nails I made them less pointy when you asked me to round them out more. I believe I went above and beyond what was necessary. I hope you find a nail tech that you are a happy with.

Rhea was very professional and friendly. She offered a shellac nail polish that I am very happy with and I like the color. Her space has to be improved but I think that will take time.
