John was professional, accommodating and diligent in his work. My car looks fantastic. I will definitely use him again! Scheduling was quick and he’s very responsive. We had a problem with the touch up paint and he went out of his way, coming back three times to make sure I had the right color and to get the work done right. Excellent experience with Aegis!

Tried to set up an appointment 3 separate times and they ghosted me every time. Confirmed with them the night before and they still didn't show up. We changed our schedules to make ourselves available and it's extremely inconvenient to deal with such a flakey business.

It was OK. They were an hour late, which I was ok with. I only paid for the seats to be steam cleaned and they appeared about 80% clean. Not sure if it was worth the sale/ Groupon price (140). When I initially called to make the appointment they seemed upset that I even purchased via Groupon. I personally wouldn’t do this again.
