One of two bottom bracket spacers removed but not replaced, didn't notice until I heard a rattling sound while riding and found that the bottom bracket which they specifically mentioned servicing (which I had originally installed ) was missing one of the spacers. Shortly after that the crank arm fell off because the bolt was not tightened correctly when the bottom bracket was serviced. Sorry but I can't resend that type of service, those are basic things, don't lose customers hardware and if you do then don't just send it out the door anyways. Simple right?
