Excellent service!

I'll start by saying I was 45 min. late because I entered wrong address in gps and got lost finding it. I apologized and asked if they could still work me in. They said yes. I asked when the car would be ready. He said 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I allowed a little extra before calling to see if it was ready, but no one answered the phone. So I drove across town in hopes it would be ready after 2 1/2 hours. It wasn't. In fact they hadn't started it yet and claimed they had told me to return the end of the day. That was untrue. So they said they could do it in the next hour, which they did. However, when I picked up the car I was surprised they hadn't even dusted off the dash. The Groupon was only for shampooing upholstery and carpeting, so technically that wasn't part of the deal, but I've never had an interior detail before that didn't wipe down the dash and console. Worse, they hadn't touched the carpeting in the hatchback area, which was the most in need of the service. Just a frustrating experience all the way around.
