Giving 2 stars because Bella was sweet and tried, but the massage wasn’t great and the whole experience was weird and unprofessional. Started with a tiny lobby with 2 locked doors and the person who comes out to greet me says I couldn’t have made an appointment because they don’t have a phone, gets someone else to help me who asks me what Groupon is, the massage was interrupted many times, etc.

I never redeemed this coupon, yet the business/merchant went ahead and redeemed without my knowing shortly after I purchased it. I will be getting a refund through Groupon as this business is extremely unprofessional and other reviewers mentioned this has happened to them as well. Steer clear of this business.

The massage was not good. Attempted to use lotion instead of cbd oil AND I did not receive a hot stones portion. Felt extremely amateur. Will not be returning.
