I was sent an expired certificate that the locations would not honor. Made several attempts to contact them. Felt this was a fly by night company, no real way to contact. Groupon offered no help to resolve.

This was a waste of my movie. The gentleman that manages the place is horribly rude. Never has any availability and is always complaining about how groupon was a bad idea. NEVER AGAIN

Horrible experience I purchased this back in may and when I went to use it for my second oil change big o refused to honor it claiming that they had notified Groupon they would no longer be honoring them after April of 2017. Again I bought this in may after big o already notified Groupon to no longer sell them and was treated horribly by the rep at big o. Groupon has still not contacted me back.
