That was wasting of money. I had restylane. First of all so hard to book. I booked from the 3rd time. No body reply, or pick up the phone. Second, zero communication. They texted me with "please remind us when is your booking" while I was on my way to the office (I live like an hour away without big traffic). When I told them, it is in hour, they were "oh..ok, that's fine". So, when I got there, it was no direction at all. Main door is locked, and you need password or call business that they open it. It was me and another girl, who had groupon as well. To call business, there was no their name on a list, and office number didn't work. We tried to call them, text, of course no communication. Took us 20 min before someone else opened door. So, about procedure. It was rushed. I had so many bruises after, and 0 result. It stayed the same as I came to the office. I waited 2 weeks before this review to give a chance, but no, this is my biggest waste of money on groupon.

This was a miserable experience. They were rude, did not give me the service I paid for on the Groupon, and then told me if I wanted it I would have to come back and pay extra. To make matters worse, Groupon did nothing to compensate me for the fact that the Groupon was essentially worthless. Rip-off!
