Love Zen !

Staff was really friendly but most of my lashes had fallen by the first week. Kind of disappointing

First, the add on Groupon is very deceiving. They advertise two locations, Studio City & Woodland Hills. Come to find out Woodland Hills is not an operating location. So BEWARE!!!! These girls are not customer service focused or driven. They told me if I paid cash I could schedule for the next day, but if I used my Groupon instead I'd have to schedule a week in advance. Terrible, but hey! I really wanted lashes right?!! So ofcourse I paid cash, on the day of, she entered $100!!! Not the $98.99 as advertised. Since It was debit and she swiped my card, I assumed she would enter the total amount....98.99. I hate to sound petty about $1 but I know what great customer service is. So it saddens me to continue seeing terrible customer service, specially the ones that they're entire proceeds are from locals, friends, family, referrals, & GROUPON. So THEN, turns out my groupon cancellation did not go through!!! Why? How? Who knows. (Thats for another day.) After dealing directly with groupon in efforts to get refunded or groupon bucks, days had gone by from the day I noticed so I was no longer entitled to a refund of anything. On my next appointment I let the the lash tec know what was going on and all she said, "Oh no! Maybe I have a number I can give you to call and see what you can sort out." "?????!!!!..Even as I was leaving I had to remind her to give me the number. Sooo NOT helpful! But of course she did not forget to remind her receptionist to charge me $50. At that point I was not going to allow to be taken advantage of any further and used the groupon since I wasn't getting anything resolved anyway. Mind you that groupon included a full set and fill. I scheduled for the "fill". The day of, I was running late and they had no way to accommodate me AT ALL and then the receptionist said to me "If you want to reschedule it will be $15 charge." I was shocked but at the same time at that point what could I expect from these girls. I saw Lashed prices on the website, 'Super glam' lashes showed to be at least $200. (They have prices up to $500 FYI) What was shocking was that she made absolutely no effort into trying to solve the situation herself as a business. All that mattered to me at that point was the customer service they could provide to keep me coming back. Lash Quality; My first full set was not even FULL and they were falling off as I was leaving the "Salon". She spent 15 minutes the first time, I was hoping the second time I went she would really do a better job with the full 30 minutes, but nope! Same situation. If I wanted to spend $200.00 on lashes I would have never gone to groupon to try and get a good deal. These people take advantage and treat they're groupon customers less than they're other preferred customers. Tip: ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE IMPORTANT!!! THAT'S HOW YOU HAVE MONEY TO TRAVEL AND STAY HOME FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS! If your groupon customers are NOT important to you (because you feel ripped off from Groupon) then maybe you should terminate your advertisements through groupon and stop suggesting those groupon customers to pay you cash instead of using the groupon which is how they found you!
