Was a hot yoga first timer. The class was amazing for all fitness levels. They also have other group fitness classes I’m looking into. I cannot wait to go back!!

Class ended an hour earlier than what was scheduled for.
I found the training to be inadequate in preparing me to confidently deliver services in working with the general public, which is what I was led to believe this training would provide.
