Probably just the stylist I had but my appointment was rushed, 26 minutes from walking in the door to walking out. When she looked at my completely natural hair and said “I can tell you recently dyed your hair” I felt like maybe I should have walked out. The stylist seemed very inexperienced. My hair is healthy and definitely not thin. She didn’t section off my hair, didn’t check to see if it was even in the front, just cut it straight across the back. The front sides of my hair didn’t get trimmed. I will not go back. Worst experience at a salon ever. I would have given zero stars but you have to select a star.
