About Lamoon Thai
Lamoon Thai means soft, delicate and mellow. We use the word, Lamoon to express the mellow taste of Thai food that we offer at Lamoon Thai. In 2018, we opened Lamoon Thai; however, the true beginning of Lamoon Thai goes way back over 40 years ago. We started as a carry out Thai meals sold at an Asian grocery store. Unfortunately, the grocery store closed down so we decided to renovate a restaurant but maintain our concept of Khao Kang dishes for our lunch specials. We also added more Thai dishes on the menu where customers can order all day long. We can guarantee that Lamoon Thai will make you feel like you are having a meal in Thailand.

The best thing I can say is that the place is very clean. No decor, no atmosphere. Stark. No one greets or seats you. Straight ahead as you come in is a steam table with a number of dishes that look like they have sat too long. We ordered off the menu and received food that seemed to have been made from the cheapest possible ingredients, We will never go back.

We went there for the1st time on Saturday and it’s not crowded, probably because the portions were small. The food had a good taste and the service was good.
