We used to go to the restaraunt a lot, but lately the last few times were not as good. The hibachi chef was very inexperienced and sloppy. He threw food at our plates and missed. Some landed in my lap and stained my pants. Food was not prepared well. Hotoke seems to be lowering its standards and quality!
