I thought this was an organic cafe. I ordered a meal and really wasn't paying attention to what they were serving until they put Jiff peanut butter in my smoothy. I confronted a guy and he shrugged it off like they do it all the time. Its been almost a yr and I'm not going back. If I can't count on an organic restaurant then they shouldn't say organic.

I really love the concept of providing fresh, nutritious, organic (whenever possible) meals at affordable prices. I especially appreciate the cafe's willingness to provide so many vegan options straight up on the menu, as well as by making substitutions to the smoothies, for example. I will definitely be back! One question I have is why you chose to use BlendTek blenders instead of Vitamix, whose headquarters are here in Cleveland -- why not support the local (and internationally acclaimed) company instead of its competitor?

Get out and promote your wonderful restaurant, work with area businesses if you can to encourage traffic.
