Bernard was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good experience. Other staff was not so friendly. Would only return if he was our server.

Great food. Service was a little slow, as it looked like there weren’t many employees there to assist. However we weren’t in a hurry, so it was fine. Much nicer than The Melting Pot. Will definitely go again. Highly recommend Hotspot Fondue.

The beginning was an awful experience. No one came to greet us and our waitress Christina was extremely rude. When asked questions she rolled her eyes and even walked away from our table when speaking to her. After we got a server named Bernard who was excellent and very accommodating . He assisted us with everything we needed and gave us a pleasant experience. The food was excellent.

The cheddar fondue was amazing. The main course was good, but maybe I just don't care for boiled meat. The dessert was decadent. You get a ton of food. The waitress was exceptional, she should be cloned!! The down side was the overall atmosphere, which I guess is personal taste. Oh and it's byob. So honestly I would Groupon there again, but I likely wouldn't pay menu prices.
