The merchant was very flexible with my time and availability and also provide provided a detailed review of what was going on with my vehicle, not only face-to-face, but walked me to my vehicle and discussed everything. Great communication.

I came here for an oil change with a Groupon. The service eventually got done, but the overall customer experience was lacking. When I arrived, I wasn’t greeted or welcomed — just pointed around with very little explanation. A simple “hello, how are you?” and a smile would have gone a long way in making me feel comfortable and trusting them with my car. The waiting area also didn’t feel very clean, so I didn’t want to sit there. They scanned my Groupon before even doing the service, which I didn’t love either. In the end, the oil change was completed, but the professionalism and customer service need major improvement.
