My appointment was at 930a.m. the guy didn't get to me til about 10.I asked what's the hold up he told me he had another car he had to finish which wasn't an oilchange also he didn't do a battery check or tire check and I felt he did it pretty quickly

Went for an oil change and at first, they barely were being attentive. When they finally inspected my car, they stated I needed new brakes and I stated I understood but only needed an oil change atm and will look into it another time. He seemed fine, “changed my oil” and I went about my day. Not even two months later, I needed another oil change and my engine was making weird noises. I went to get it check out and was told my oil was bone dry and now have irreversible engine damage. I now need to come up with 5k+ or a new car. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Multiple issues here. The first may not be the business's fault - phone not working - but I do need to warn folks about this Groupon. Shop refused to provide a receipt showing what work had been done, so I have to just hope it was. (And now there's no record to show a person who might be looking to buy my car at some point.) "Groupon is your receipt." False. Groupon doesn't tell me what oil was used, does not confirm anything really. What mileage did the vehicle have at time of service? When did it take place? I wonder why this business bothers with Groupon if they are just going to ask customers not to use it? (Another thing that happened.)
