Great Mead Hall aims to be all about the natural. Using raw honey and fresh fruit purchased from local farmers, the company spins traditional mead without a touch of modern additives. Aging for 9–12 months in temperatures reaching up to 75 degrees, the meads are then bottled and delivered for clients to enjoy. For example, their Grendel boasts cranberry flavor while Mz Beauregarde brims with the tastes of blueberries.

Stopped in Sunday late afternoon, and David was awesome. Very personable and answered questions and had a great conversation. Mead tasting was excellent and lots of variety.
