Matt listens to what you say and gears workout towards your goals and abilities. Great experience. Heghly recommend and am confident I will achieve my goals of loosing 25lbs here.

Went for my first workout today, and it was all that I expected and more. Helpful, friendly and patient trainer who tailored the workout to my needs and abilities (or lack thereof!) Looking forward to my 8 weeks and achieving excellent results.
