About Power Kix Martial Arts

At Power Kix Martial Arts, 5th-degree black belt and Olympic gold medalist Arlene Limas personally trains her staff of fellow black belt instructors. Their 12,500 sq. ft. training center has plenty of space to teach taekwondo to students as young as 4 as well as for adults. Programs for them include strike-heavy disciplines such as cardio kickboxing, boxing, and krav maga, the last of which is a practical self-defense tactic used by both the Israeli Defense Forces and the Justice League.

Excellent !! Great experience. One hour of continuous movement. Instructors are knowledgeable, patient and supportive. Energy was upbeat with members of all ages in attendance. I thought that I would feel awkward and stand out for being out of shape but just the opposite, high-fives were given and thumbs up offered from complete strangers. Very Happy !! I will tell others

I had a situation and the staff was understanding and able to accommodate me. I feel it is a safe haven for my child. The class schedule is accommodating for me and my child. To know they offer other special events is great. All in all, I feel they are all about the child..... very friendly! Family oriented.
