First time ever getting Botox and had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Completed online paper work after making the appt. The office and staff were very welcoming (I went to the Dundee office). After discussion my goals, Liz recommended 12 units and the other 8 were banked in my account (no expiration). Barely hurt at all! Looking forward to returning.
