My Massage sucked the therapist was probably never licensed. She knew nothing about deep pressure or when to avoid an area. I regret spending 100$ and don't even want to go use my other two massages

I was disappointed that they would not allow me to make more than one appointment in advance and would they require me to make them at least two weeks apart between visits. I travel a lot and I'm only available on certain days. Plus, they are understaffed and do not return phone calls. If I could get my money back, I would. I thought their deal on massages were too good to be true and now I know why.

I bought 18, one hour massages and only received a 40 minute massage. When I asked about the time difference the therapist and also manager said they accounted for time to get undressed which only took less than 5 mins! The room was freezing and the therapist was congested and slurping snot in the entire time. The massage itself was pretty good just wish I would have received the full 1hour that I paid for!!!! Hopefully for the next 17 I have left these issues will b addressed. Just a little disappointing to say the least

The massage was pretty good for the price. My only problem is that it was not a 60 minute massage, it was more like 45-50 minutes at best, so you should be aware.
