Be aware that this is a very basic facial, contrary to the name used (“signature”). When I asked at the end, the lady said that “signature facial in US means basic facial, tailored by the skin type”. I felt disappointed by the short time Terry spent -exactly 30 min any not 45 min as advertised. She seemed like in a hurry to finish earlier. The one positive thing was the facial/neck massage.

Terri was very knowledgeable and explained the process nicely.

Cozy salon, great service, very friendly. I webby for a facial and discussed my concerns with Terri. My skin looks so amazing I bought another facial right after.
