During float sessions, clients lie in a tank filled with Epsom-salt-infused water that's heated to the skin's temperature of 93.5 degrees Fahrenheit. Designed to remove external stimuli and mimic the feeling of weightlessness, these flotation tanks help lull clients into a deeply meditative state. As a result, the therapy may help improve sleep and immune function, as well as decrease pain and stress.

The most relaxing thing I’ve ever done. Wow...I have no idea how much I paid but it was worth it. Better than any massage I’ve had. Did I say wow? Do a float NOW❤️. Renew Float Spa ROCKS!!!

It was nice, but I could hear a lot of noise going on outside. Also, although cute, it was a little inappropriate that the worker had a large dog sitting in the lobby. It kind of smelled like dog in the area.

This was great. However, I do feel the water could've been a degree or so warmer, but all in all it was an awesome experience and helped me become grounded again.

Hi Denice, thank you for your review. It actually is not the water temp that is the issue it's the room temp. This is why it's so important to float 2-3 times. In this case we would put notes in your file to increase room temp prior to your arrival. Only floating once is frankly a waste of time and money....the 2nd and 3rd float are what gets ya ;) Kelly
