Lisa was gentle and kind toward my cowardly little Pomeranian who apparently responded by not pooping on herself repeatedly during the stressful bathing process. When I picked my baby up, she looked terrific! And she was happy!...not at all the reaction I was expecting. I immediately booked my next dog for two weeks hence.
