First of all I don’t appreciate your ratings To make things clear You called for tune up on breakdown, and needed same day service which we did to help you out since you claimed you have elderly at the house. Our technician arrived at your house found system frozen so we had to turn off your system and came back after 4 hours to diagnose the problem which we did Your system was low on Freon due to leak our technician gave you options to refill or replace you refused to do the work, you kept going back and forth calling me negotiating the price . At the end you wasted my time and my technician time which he spent in your home around 4 hours , now you telling me you paid $69 for that and crying about it. Name one ac company will do that . Because of the abuse of our service and the deal we decided to take it down today. Have a nice day

Hi When you called you had breakdown and you purchased Groupon for tune up which is regular maintenance not repair but my technician felt bad for you because you are old and it was hot in your house and didn’t want you to stay in the heat and tried to help you out and repaired your unit for free didn’t charge you service call $89 and half hour labor $49 . I guess this what we get for helping people Thank you and have a nice day .
