Yah , we paid &69.00 but got nothing. Someone came from their office, he checked and found a leak and gave us an estimate... that’s all... we lost 69.00 bucks very fast. But what the add says? Don’t pay anything in advance if you are not very rich!!

To make things clear
You called for tune up on breakdown, and needed same day service which we did to help you out since you claimed you have elderly at the house.
Our technician arrived at your house found system frozen so we had to turn off your system and came back after 4 hours to diagnose the problem which we did
Your system was low on Freon due to leak our technician gave you options to refill or replace you refused to do the work, you kept going back and forth calling me negotiating the price .
At the end you wasted my time and my technician time which he spent in your home around 4 hours , now you telling me you paid $69 for that and crying about it.
Name one ac company will do that .
Because of the abuse of our service and the deal we decided to take it down today.

The techs that came out were polite, professional, and quick. Although they missed the assigned window, we still managed to work it around my tight schedule that day.
They were quick, and followed up with me afterwards to let me know that there was nothing to worry about.
I would definitely recommend them in the future, and would use them again.

I am a returning customer. The system wasn't cooling. The tech found said the capacitor was bad. $295 to replace it. I said no. He then went back to the unit. The crimp connection on one of the wires needed recrimped. Then the unit came on. He did not check the freon, nor did he do any of the items that should have been done for a tuneup. My rating for this service call is very low. I will not use Expo again. Wasted $ 65 for a groupon coupon.

When you called you had breakdown and you purchased Groupon for tune up which is regular maintenance not repair but my technician felt bad for you because you are old and it was hot in your house and didn’t want you to stay in the heat and tried to help you out and repaired your unit for free didn’t charge you service call $89 and half hour labor $49 .
I guess this what we get for helping people
