The girls here were all very nice. The facility was clean and pleasant. But the Groupon laser treatment I bought didn’t do a thing. It was supposed to reduce fat cells. I got eight treatments, once a week over nine weeks.Didn’t do a thing. They just kept trying to up-sell me on the $4000 laser treatment that is supposed to get rid of fat cells. I don’t know if that treatment would work or not, but I know that the one I bought was a waste of time and money.

I was disappointed with my experience, mainly due to the customer service from the manager. When my husband accompanied me, he was told he could not wait in the visitor area. The way this was communicated felt abrupt and unwelcoming rather than simply explaining their policy. I was also told I could not record my progress for social media, which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Additionally, some of the intake questions felt poorly designed. For example, I was asked how easily I tan, but as a dark-skinned woman, tanning is not an applicable option for me and there weren’t appropriate responses available. The technician who performed my service was pleasant and professional, which I appreciated. However, the manager’s attitude throughout the visit felt dismissive, especially after noticing that I had purchased the service through Groupon. She repeatedly told me that the results from the treatment would not last and that the fat would come back. It left me wondering why the service is offered if staff do not seem confident in its effectiveness. Overall, the service itself was decent, but the customer service experience significantly impacted my visit. I hope the business works on improving how customers are spoken to and treated, regardless of how the service was purchased.
