Lucy Ethiopian Restaurant aims to zero in on the roots of humanity and Ethiopian cuisine, so it's no surprise that they named themselves after one of the oldest human ancestors ever discovered. The menu is brimming with traditional Ethiopian dishes, including the mildly spicy chicken dish known as doro wett, the cubed lamb dish known as lega tibbs, and kitfo, made with lean ground beef, hot pepper powder, and flavorful seasoning.
