What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
It's not just a butt-kicking workout: It’s a community. We encourage each other in & out of class; whether it's through playgroups, nights out, passing along mom-advice in the middle of a good sweat, or running around Dayton in 5k races, we support each other more than a gym membership ever could!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
No two workouts are ever the same! With strength and resistance training, cardio options, HIIT, dance/Zumba, core workouts, yoga, today's hit music and favorite kids' tunes, the possibilities are endless!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I fell in love with the strength and community that Stroller Strong Mom's gave me during my first pregnancy while living in Washington, D.C. After moving to Dayton with my family, I knew that I wanted to provide the same fitness opportunities to moms around Dayton.

What do you love most about your job?
Watching moms lead active and healthy lifestyles, reach fitness goals they never thought possible, and build irreplaceable friendships - all while their little ones are watching!
