I took my ipad mini for screen repair. I picked up after one hour and noticed when I arrived home the ipad was coming apart as if it was not put back together correctly.

They dont follow up to let you know when youre item will be fixed. And then my screen to my ipad just fell off the next day. Botch job :/

The Groupon service I purchased could not fully repair the tablet. I paid an additional $80 for a recommended replacement part, and the tablet still does not work. More inconveniently, the location for which I purchased the service was permanently closed during the 2-days of repair!!! I returned day 2 to a locked and boarded location and had to call around to the other locations on the Groupon ad to find my tablet. If I ever get the opportunity to visit the NW location again, I have every intention of requesting repair or refund!!! Not a positive experience.
