Christina is well-trained...great at color & cut & I've already scheduled another visit

Disappointed because I saw no change after getting Keratin treatment at Elany. I was charged $30 more even though I called and spoke to one the managers there. I do not recommend this place and would not purchase nor go back to Elany..

Too expensive I have to pay 100$ more with 80$ Groupon to get highlights done.

I thought it was extremely overpriced. On top of my groupon for $80, I had to pay $50 dollars extra. They didn't seem too happy about taking my groupon even though it was within the expiration date. When I checked in, the lady at the desk was saying they don't have any groupons out anymore and the hairdresser also mentioned that I must have purchased it a long time ago. My groupon was for partial highlights, haircut, and deep condition. I didn't mind paying extra for the balayage type hair color but I didn't expect it to be 50, more in the 20-30 range sounded reasonable. I honestly didn't see the point of getting a good deal on groupon it just seemed like they where charging me their regular service price.
