I am incredibly unhappy with hvspa's services. They advertised a manicure, pedicure and up-do for each child. All they did was paint their nails, and put their hair up in a messy ponytail. I can't even believe how horrible and disappointing this service was. I have already sent a complaint to your customer service email and am hoping for a refund. I bought this package as a birthday gift for my daughter and would like to get her something in replace of this horrible experience. I hope to hear back from a groupon representative soon.
