G.O.A.T. stands for Greatest Of All Time and this is the standard G.O.A.T. Whiskey strives to keep up with. The distillery produces pure-grain mash-high in rye and barley flavor which is distilled multiple times to make the taste as smooth as it can be. Guests can enjoy sipping whiskey as they visit the place to take a tour or purchase some original merchandise at the on-spot store.

Wait a few weeks before you go on the tour they just moved and are still setting up I thought it was really interesting that they finish off their bourbon with a charred Maple giving it a smoky flavor which I love in my old fashioned. As a Florida girl I also like the fact that Doodle Strassor from The distillery is named for; got busted for his still in Tallahassee!
