In the 1500s, the Flores family was Spanish conquistadors and counted themselves among the first to settle on the American continent. Centuries later, they migrated to Stockton, where they now aim to conquer the hearts of Mexican food lovers throughout their community. It's a goal that should be easy to achieve, given the menu they offer: huevos rancheros (available for breakfast and dinner-breakfast), carne asada, chile verde, and other traditional dishes compete for attention with their own triple dip made of monterey jack, gravy, and refried beans.
