Erica Burns loves to motivate and inspire people to get healthy and fit. With the motto "keep your eye on the prize," Erica likes to inspire clients to not only think about looking good, but feeling strong and healthy. Erica has never stuck to just one fitness regimen, so she launched Fit Barre at Fit Ryde Indoor Cycling & Fitness Studio to provide clients the opportunity to tone their bodies through small isometric movements in addition to the studio's spinning classes. Erica has taught cycling, bootcamp, body sculpting, kettlebells and her signature "Pedal and Pump" classes, with more than seven years experience as a nationally certified AFAA group fitness instructor. Always embracing the latest fitness trends, Erica brings a breadth of knowledge, enthusiasm, and energy to her classes while striving to challenge and motivate clients.
