Do not recommend this facial. Kristen poked me so hard on my face, I got a big bump for 5 days. Now it’s dried off after 5 days and there is still a small hole showing near my eye. When I sent her the pictures, she blamed it on me saying it’s an allergic reaction from something I used later. I had not used any product on that area as it was very painful and could not even touch for a few days.

I am sorry you feel that way Rutvi, but my reviews speak VOLUMES & I have had repeat customers for 7 years now that love their results!m. You were requesting this & that asking for extras for a 30 minute facial, when all it is is more of a cleanse exfoliation and mask, you don’t get much in 30 minutes it’s pretty much a quick lunch break facial so I don’t go in debt. You came in with a blemish on your face already. You might just have sensitive skin and may be reacting to something I used, which you would be the First because I’ve never had any complaints with my organic products so I’m sorry your face didn’t fit with my faciial, There’s always a first. However, When you left my spa there was nothing on your face like that. and actually you sat with me after you looked in the mirror and continued to say how great your face looked and felt as well as talked for 15 minutes about what else you can do and how I could help you. Sorry we weren’t a fit. Better luck next time wherever you choose to go. Take Care

Christeen was very knowledgeable, professional, engaging and made the experience wonderful and relaxing. Came in for the Body Scrub w/detox mask and plan to return for advanced skin care treatments. Highly recommend Essential Face and Body Spa
