The LD experience is not the name of the salon. When I called the number provided it seems to be someone's personal cell phone, who is just this side of rude when answering, there are apparently 2 appt books that are not well coordinated as the person I was booked with was double booked. Not communicative at all. Answered her cell phone while activity cutting my hair 🤬

The final experience when i was leaving was fine but my appointment was scheduled for 3 p.m. and it was 3:45 before i actually was invited in. The groupon is very misleading, stated haircut and one color...well everything was an extra fee. The final cost out of my pocket was not $29 as the groupon states. False advertising in my eyes. It still cost me just a little under $100. Will not be returnin
