A & B Fitness Concepts cofounders Amber and Becky strive to spread their enthusiasm for healthy living to all their clients, regardless of age or fitness level. They tailor custom fitness and nutrition programs for personal-training clients and also lead group classes in workout styles from kettlebell and TRX suspension training to barre classes and yoga. They also tailor some of their offerings to specific age groups, including athletic training programs for youth.
