The floor in the SP location is very hard and not suitable for many of the activities offered (plyo, hiit etc.). The unwritten understanding is you will byo weights which is not especially practical. There is a modest selection of weights available but scarcity resulted in clients using weights either to heavy or too light for the task.

It's my second week with A & B Fitness and I already feel the difference! They sure make you work hard but it's all for good cause!

This is a no judgement gym! I am always skeptical of gyms and with my weight I'm always worried it will be filled with all of those "type" of people who are stick thin and obviously dont need to be there like I do! I love a&b fitness they geniuanlly care about you and your fitness goals. The instructors are wonderful and offer several different types of workout classes to keep you from getting bored with the same ol' routine.
