My first visit, no problem. I was told just to drop in during business hours for subsequent injections. I went to clinic on Friday, was told doctor wasn't in. I should come back on Monday. I'm here at clinic on Monday, sign on door says closed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Not at all happy.

Both appts so far made well in advance were no shows. This business never called either time to let me know the woman I was seeing wasn’t going to be there and she’s the only one who does facials. When I finally got in for my first session she never introduced herself. I still don’t know her name. Planned my 2nd visit the week of New Years and again-she’s off all week an no one called.🙁
